Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Donations

• All donations are non-refundable.
• Donations once made cannot be cancelled.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment.
• Technical error during transaction.

To request a refund, users must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited via the original payment method.

4. Event / Program Cancellation

• If any event or program is cancelled by the organization, refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly.
• No refund will be provided for user-initiated cancellations.
